Irrigate with TAB

In Springfield MO a nursing instructor told me a very funny true story. A student nurse once read a doctor's order of "irrigate incision with TAB". The nurse read this order and looked for some TAB. He reported to his teacher he couldn't find any TAB but found some Pepsi instead and wondered if that would work.
