nips done

ok, I am old, I was tired...! I had a 70+ lady, brought in by fire dept. ( I forget for what!), I was triaging her in the bed, asking for prior medical and surgical history. She said she had had both knees redone. I then asked , (and I quote) "have you had your nips done too?" Turned bright red, she started hee-hawing to beat the band, and we both had a good laugh!
