Misunderstood Pelvic

True story related by the ER Resident.
Little old lady in the pelvic room for an exam sitting on the table. Undressed except for her gown and shoes, he told her it was okay to put her shoes up into the stirrups. She promptly took her shoes off and placed them in the stirrups and continued to sit sideways on the table.
