Laughing...

by Jerico

I wish you could see what my cat is doing right here at the computer:
The weather has turned cooler here and I don't keep the heat on as high as he would like it.

So - he has crawled up on the desk UNDER the desk lamp (that points down on the desk) but the PHONE is under the lamp...

SO this cat is LAYING on top of the phone under the lamp.

This may seem mean but I am sitting here wondering when the phone will ring and how high the darned cat will leap when it does ring!

Too cute! I guess it's momma raised no fool!

He is nice and warm there. Take a picture because it's a Kodak moment.

I don't understand how people can work a stressful job without pets to provide some comic relief. I have a cat who (I swear!) likes to walk on his hind legs. His name is Nibbles, and the funny thing is, he was the runt of his litter and started walking upright when he was about 6 weeks old. He does it by standing on his hind legs, poking his little chest as far out as he can to balance, and splaying his paws as wide as they will go. Then he takes off in a bowlegged strut with his paws spread wide open. He looks like he is imitating Godzilla or something! I have to get a digital camera and snap some pics... it's hard to describe but always cracks me up no matter how bad my day was... especially since he always does it with such a SERIOUS expression on his fuzzy face!

My daughter has a coon cat named Romeo who stands on his hind legs and begs for something good to eat. I have photos somewhere of it. You definitely should take a photo of nibbles. It's sooo cute! And if you hesitate, it may not get done. So go do it hunny, I dare ya.

Yes, what would we do without our pets? I have a cat and dog. The cat is grooming the dog all of the time. They do relieve a lot of stress, and keep your feet warm when you are sitting down. Deb
