I need a ANSWER to Who is worst?: Men or Doctors.

If women are like diapers, it would be because they are always covering your butt.

Please don't get upset, I'm only teasing..

Wiping butts, covering butts, saving butts- are our lives ALL about butts, and nothing but?

ANSWER: Although I've never met a doctor before (in a nurse's shoe), I feel men are worse...definitely.

REASON: I, as a young adult, has had many bad experiences with men. I don't mean to stereotype all you males out there. I grew up with a very strict, anti-male mom. She hates men, yet she's living with my dad (her husband). My friends were always scared of my mom. These are my mom's favorite "un-explicit" phrases: Men are bad. Men are pigs. Men only thinks bad things. Men are good friends, yet bad husbands. Men are dogs. I could go on and on.

But you wouldn't be CIVILISED without us on your butt! lol



I don't hate men or MD's....just the jerks I can't stand. (male and female)

ummm ...... neither.

Jerks are worse . . . . . selfish people are worse . . . . lazy people are worse . .. .people who stereotype are worse

I'm thinking of doctors I know . . . .some wonderfully compassionate and gifted with the ability to diagnose and treat who treat collegues with respect. Others, not so wonderful . . . . both men and women.

I'm thinking of men I know . . .some great, some just good, some so-so, some terrible . . .and the same for women.

Regarding the "they expect you to clean up after them" comment . .

We have a male doctor who, after a baby is born, CLEANS UP! Instruments, placenta, sharps, bloody chux, etc . ... we love him!

We also have a female doctor who does none of the above but we love her too.

ahhhh . . . . I love busting stereotypes.

When I first started as a nurse I worked on an ENT floor. A pt stayed on our floor for weeks had suffered terribly, a really nice guy, finally died. It was a mess. The tumor ate thru his carotid and he bled to death. His MD was always so stand offish and kinda cold. He irked me a lot. I thought he was a jerk.

Anyway, right after the guy died, at change of shift of course, I walked onto the elevator and as the doors slid closed, I started bawling. I thought I'd have a second of privacy but a big hand stuck into the doors and they popped open. The ice doc came in and saw me bawling. I was really embarrased. I was shocked when he proceeded to tell me what an excellent job the nurses did with this pt and his family. His voice cracked, and I caught a tear coming down his cheek. He was trying his damndest to not cry, eyes blinking, face twitching. I feel badly for men. They aren't allowed to show their emotions. Some turn into "jerks" trying to suppress emotions. Not all jerks fit this bill of course, but some do I think.

Now, do I get an award or something for being a big corn ball?
