"holes on penis"

I just started in the ER and yesterday a young mom and her own mother came to the triage with complaint that baby boy has "holes on penis with some white stuff in it". Brought the baby back - he has some uneventful adhesions from circumcision at which his mom was picking because some baby powder got near them What an emergency this was
