funny description of debridement

i pt I was taking care of had 2 sacral decubs that needed to be debrided on a regular basis. the surgeon who was doing this has no bedside manner or sense of humor at all. So he comes into the room to perform the procedure and with the straightest face you can imagine the patient says to him"So are you here to get another peice of a@$. "It even made the doc laugh. The same lady told me the other day that she would like to thank me for her daily beating.(chest percussion)
