A Frenchman, an Englisman, a doctor, and a lawyer

A Frenchman, an Englisman, a doctor, and a lawyer were sitting around a campfire after a day of hunting. Each was enjoying his favorite beverage.
Suddenly, the Englishman got up, threw his bottle of Guinness Stout into the air, shouted "God save the Queen!" and shot the bottle with his rifle.
The Frenchman, not to be outdone, tossed his bottle of Perrier in the air, shouted "Vive la France!", and shot the bottle with his rifle.
The physician then tossed his can of Old Milwaukee beer into the air, shot the lawyer, and shouted "It doesn't get any better than this!"
