Don't you hate when your getting ready to discharge your pt, only to find that they've already dc themselves. "Has anyone seen my pt".

Or you find them in the restroom after following the trail of blood because they thought they'd just remove their own IV?

Had a guy who got into the shower the other day and came out with his IV in his hand. Said, "I am ready to go now." Wow.........
