charting humor

Hello. I was reading a physical from a doctor on one of our 4 year old children and found some things in there kind of humorous and wanted to share them.

The patient is seen with his mother present.
He has had no sore throat complaints.
The patient eats but does not sit down properly meals.
The patient is nontoxic in appearance.
He eats from all four food groups.

I thought some of these were kind of funny.
