A Little Brother

Last Saturday, my 7 year old tripped and broke her arm in two places. In the ER, they placed a temporary splint/cast on her arm. A few days later, she was to return to the hospital to have the temporary cast removed so they could straighten her broken bones and put on her fiberglass cast. As we talked about how they would remove the first cast using a special saw, our 4 year old son listened intently. After our conversation was over, he asked "When they cut Ali's hand off, can I keep it?". How cute is that!?!

Sounds like something one of my kids would say. I have two boys (9&5) and a little girl (3). Guess which is the roughist.

I'm guessing the 3 y/o girl! The same child pulled a post off of our four post bed while she was hanging from it watching tv and hit herself in the back of the head and required stitches.
