A bone of contention

A While ago I had a respiratory patient who was quite confused, and we had to keep him in a chair with a lapbaord for a short while to prevent him from falling. The patients wife came to get me to tell me that her husband had indicated that he needed to void. I wasn't sure if this was legitimate or not, as he had just been incontinent. But I thought I would see if the patient could use the urinal. I attempted to help patient do so without taking everything off, especially his incontinent brief. Unfortunately, I was having trouble finding the proper parts (as you know this should be no trouble on a male). At this point, the wife piped up "He always was kind of small". I had to work hard at not laughing right there, and thought to my self that this must have been a bone of contention between them.
