The 3 Psych Patients

One day, a nurse saw her patients in the institution. She saw one reading an encyclopedia. The nurse told patient 1, "Wow! You're improving!" Patient 2 is reading a dictionary. The nurse tells him "And so are you!" Unfortunately, it seems like patient 3 shows no sign of improvement whatsoever. He's standing on top of the table holding his arms wide and screaming "I am the light." The nurse saw him and told him "Hey! You might fall and get hurt. Get down from there!" As ordered, patient 3 dismounts.
Patient 1&2: "Huh? Is there a blackout?"
