Oximeter (Where to Buy?)

I am looking to purchase an *inexpensive* oximeter and have searched the 'net without success. I am looking to spend ~ $50 or so.

Any suggestions?

P.S. I have seen the oximeter's online for $48 but do not feel comfortable with ordering it from that particular company. I have also tried e-Bay.

just remember if you do this, "yes they may be cheap, but they may not be accurate in a clinical setting, or may even hold up in a court case if, 'this piece of equipment has not been challenged against other lab quality equipment before.' " Just a thought.
