    So forget about hospitals RN jobs for now, just take this nightmare and toss it out the window. Oh it feels great... I heard from a friend that the important right now for unemployed newgrads is to get a job where RN licence is required and you pass meds and that seem be the key. So what are the jobs out there one passes meds and therefore needs RN licence. The other question could be what other jobs are possible with a RN licence?

    Clinic,Doctor's office, urgent care, school nurse, day camp, nursing home, rehab, home health, hospice.. I'm mean the list can go on and on but the question is "will they hire you". Make yourself shine in your resume and cover letter. Network, network, network.

    Don't give up and put out as many resumes as you can. Good luck

    I'm signed up for immunization nurse starting in August. Do a google search and the company should come right up.

    I'm going to be working as a camp nurse this summer and I've also signed up to be an immunization nurse. I'm also supposed to start mentoring with a pediatric home care agency but I'll be gone for the month of July at camp so I hope I'll start that up in August. Meanwhile, I will keep applying everywhere!

    I saw an ad for a weight loss clinic looking for an RN a few days ago.
    Sent my resume but have not heard anything. Its something else to be on the look out for if you are looking for a non hospital job at the moment.
