RN residency Experience?

Hello!I am a new grad who is new to the Chicago area. I have not had much success in the job hunt and am even considering moving back to Louisville, my hometown. I was curious about rn residency programs offered by some hospitals for new grads. Anyone have personal experience, knowledge, or advice on these programs? I am specifically interested in that at loyola, but any info would be fabulous! Thanks in advance!!!
