No luck in finding a new job.

I'm having a tough time right now and was so sad with my situation. I just got my license last year. I have been applying on every job on every hospital in my area even though they're asking for 1 yr acute experience which I don't qualify because I only have 6 mos of experience in a skilled facility I still pass my resume online. I have called couple of hospitals about their new grad program but most of them doesn't have one until summer of next year.

It's been months since I resigned on my first nursing job in the United states. I was so fed up with the arrogant disrespectful co-workers everyday that thinks they have all the power in the world. I was so relieved to leave that job and even though I'm broke right now I still don't regret it.

I don't know what to do right now. I don't know how to enter in an acute hospital since I'm a foreign bsn graduate...I would really appreciate all the advice/suggestions that you can give me.
