Hello everyone, I graduated in Dec 2012. I had my first interview on Wednesday of last week for the job that I have always wanted. She said that she was interested in hiring me but had to conduct the other interviews that were already scheduled before she could give me a final answer. She told me that I should here from her either later that week on Friday or possible Monday (today). Well I still haven't heard from her and I am wondering what I should do next. I have a lot on my side for this job and everyone says it sounded promising after the interview. A friend told me to call her tomorrow, should I call her on Wednesday and make it an even week, I am just not sure how this side of the interview works.

  4. I went through this with all of my interviews. You need to be in touch with them so they don't forget you. It also shows that you're on top of things. But call the recruiter, not the director/manager of the unit. Just say that you're calling to touch base with them about the ____ position and inquire whether a decision has been made.
