Job applications - soso gpa, attach transcript or not?

Should i include my transcript? its optional i think as it just says attach files. I passed nclex in april and now i'm filling out job applications, my secret is that I have low grades in as in C's in medsurg. Overall the GPA is passable 3.3 and RN-BSN is good erm ..Can i skip uploading transcript or would that eliminate me too

I never attach my transcripts. My license is my ticket to the job. I give that number in the space where it is requested so they can verify it. I would only attach transcripts if the application was specific in requesting them.
