How does a new grad get into community health?

I have done some preliminary internet searches and found a few local agencies that do this, but I am having difficulty tapping into this area. I love the idea of community health, home health, detox programs, etc. because I am very interested in having an RN position with a focus on patient teaching. That being said, I see 0 job listings for these areas except home health (which mostly want 1+ years of experience). I understand that Detox offices would not advertise, but I most likely will need to go to them, but how do I find community health organizations aside from internet searches? Is there an umbrella organization that the individual organizations might belong to through membership? Just trying to figure out how to find them because I know they're out there!
