Which Home Health Agencies offer decent training for New Grads?

That's pretty much my question. I'm toying with this idea, but it makes me a little nervous. I think if I can find an agency that gives decent training and starts New Grads with low level patients, I will be all right. I'd like to know who has a good reputation out there for being supportive to their nurses (available if I have to call about a question), provides decent training alongside an experienced RN (initially), and will assign appropriate patients to New Grads.
