Does anyone know any agencies or facilities that hires lpns with no exp in NY?

So after months of applying for LPN jobs in Philadelphia ,and without
the opportunity of an interview.I was told that they require experience
but of course no one attains experience if they aren't given an
opportunity to gain experience.I decided to endorse my license to New
York in order to better my chances.So i've been applying to jobs in New
york for little over 3 months and wonders if anyone could provide me
with information about an agency or nursing home who hires LPNs who
don't possess any experience.Please and thanks in advance.
