    Graduated in May from Pennsylvania and passed NCLEX in June. Looking for RN jobs in Dayton,OH but being rejected from everything! Very frustrated. Looking into nurse internships or nurse residency positions. Anyone from the area with advice?

    You need to learn to be aggressive and market yourself. The only ones who find jobs in this tough market are the ones who treat this like a business and who don't wait for jobs to come to them but instead go and fight for a position.

    I just graduated in April from a school in the Dayton area. The job market there for new grads is terrible. I've applied for every opening I qualified for in that area. If you can I would suggest looking in the Cincinnati area, they have more job openings and I've had a few interviews with hospitals in that area.

    just wondering if you were able to find anything yet? I'll be moving to the dayton area in a few months and i will be on the hunt for a job. i graduate next week!!!
