I applied for a New Grad position (which begins April 17) on January 3, and had all my application supplements in by January 15 after 2 or 3 calls to sort things out... I called around January 20 to confirm that HR had everything, was given the ok and told I would hear if I was wanted for an interview or not "early next week". I didn't hear anything for a week and a half, so I called again and was told that they had started interviews and again that I would hear "in the next couple days". That was a week and a half ago, and I still have not heard anything... no call, email, snail mail, or any "application status change" on their career website... should I call again or assume it's a no??? I know the old "Squeaky wheel gets the oil" phrase, but I don't want to be a nuisance to the nurse recruiter (I've spoken to the same woman every time I called)

  4. I would call or e-mail one more time and then move on.
