    Hello Everyone,
    I plan on applying to jobs in person but I had one question. Do I need a cover letter when I apply in person? I have my resume, references, and letters of recommendation printed out. Usually, I make my cover letter's tailored to the unit/hospital. Thanks in advance.

    Yes, please include...Nurses stand out as polished candidates when coverletter is included when applying in person to a facility as accepted business norm.
