Go to websites like monster.com & careerbuilder.com, and read advice on interviewing, following up after interviews, etc. Prepare potential interview questions and responses in advance. Make sure your resume highlights your clinical rotations and skills acquired. Here's an example: RN Resume Sample | Monster
