Starting an online ADN program

I teach in an ADN program in a small rural community in southern Illinois. We are being highly "encouraged" to put our program online.I have an online degree and know if done properly, students can thrive in an online setting. I have taught an online gen ed course but the other faculty I teach with have not.

We are looking for affordable training to help all of us put a quality on line program together. Any suggestions out there? Thanks!
