Research Tutor: Need Help

Hello my fellow educators,

Is there anybody here that is good at setting up research? I am a graduate student in nursing education and am trying to finish up my scholarly research project. I have my new topic ( my last topic about attrition rates did not pan out) and I just need somebody to help me set up the actual research part of it up. I WILL do the work, just need guidance on research aspect of it.
