I just finished reading the NLN position paper on nurse educators...
(sticky thread at begining of this forum)

as a begining clinical faculty member of less than one year,
I feel really inept after that article!

Holy Cow! No wonder there is such a need for good educators in Nursing!
You experienced folks are saints to meet such standards!

Wow!

I have a LONG way to go!
