patient acuity levels

any worksheets out there to share regarding staffing grids based on patient acuity? I would like to have it broken down between unit clerk, nurse aid, LVN, RN---anybody who is on the nurse manager's employee roster (& budget). If you can offer any portion of a list maybe I can extrapolate. I appreciate your help in advance!
