can anyone help me find a website that may have an outline of icu orientation for med surg experienced rns. I am a nurse manager without a nurse educator I am in desparate need of help [img]/bb/frown.gif[/img] Thanks

Mark Hammerschmidt is the guy. He lists on ICU & CCU categories.
I am so sorry you do not have an educator or clinical nurse specialist. I bet there is enough extra in administrative costs to provide the education needed for safe effective nursing care.
