MSN in education

Just finished my BSN and want to enroll in an online MSN program in education. Anyone have info on loan forgiveness programs in NJ? Also I am looking for the least expensive program (500/class)... Know of any? I prefer a college/university as opposed to Kaplan type. Thanks

Cal State (CSU) Dominguez Hills is pretty cheap and they offer online programs.
