Looking for help........

I am revamping our cardiology service line's educational materials, and would like to combine all patient teaching materials into one "handbook" for patients to receive when they are admitted. We would like to have a handbook for each of the following: diagnostic/interventions, surgery, CHF/angina, and electrophysiology services. Is there anyone who has seen a "canned" collection of patient education materials regarding cardiology? I have seen some collections of educational materials, but haven't found any for cardiac. If anyone has any leads, or if your institution has something you would like to share, please contact me at mayers@ghs.guthrie.org. Thanks for your help!
