Experience for 1st Job

Just wondering how many years of experience you had before you had your 1st job as instructor/adjunct.

2 years of clinical experience and a Master's Degree and I was teaching a MSN level class and supervising some MSN students in their clinicals.

After 14 years of clinical experience and a PhD, I taught my first undergrad clinical and class.
