Staff and student conflicts continue to pose a problem at clinical sites; limiting student access and interaction, poor evaluations by student of the facility and limiting student experiences. Are those of you in the hospital experiencing difficulties with individual staff members and if so what have been your responses in keeping the peace. Also when it comes to observation sites are you having difficulty obtaining them as well?

Yes I have heard all of those before and what gripes my ass is that clinical instructors, clinical liaison and those staff colleagues allow it to happen! I would be ashamed of my fellow colleagues who acted in such a manner to students. No I am not the godsend of nursing but I'll b- d----- if I wouldn't find another place for them or call their instructor which I have done on numerous occasions. Thank you for that link.
