Practice Guidelines

Hi folks,
I am a Nurse Educator in Toronto covering a 6 bed medical CCU and a 38 bed telemetry floor and we are currently going through a whole documentation redesign.
Does anyone have practice guidelines covering all or any aspects of coronary care and cardiology that they would be willing to share with me. I hate reinventing the wheel everytime a new project comes along. I am looking specifically at how often you do vitals on your patients for MI , ACS Failure, starting pt's on NTG etc your help would be greatly appreciated.
