My Options for a career transition

Hi everyone--I am returning to MSN grad school Fall 2013 in the Bay area. I have been a pediatric ICU,hospice,ambulatory care,educator,home care,manager etc nurse for 30 years. I would like to continue to work per diem at my current awesome job and transition to a less physical role as an educator. Any brainstorming about what this might look like is greatly appreciated!
