Interview presentation

Good morning! I have an interview for an ADN instructor position and I am required to do a ten minute sample teaching presentation. I have prepared a powerpoint and would love it if someone could check it out and give me some feedback. A few points.....

This is the "bones" of the powerpoint- info only. Im still working on color, fonts, pictures.
Im also looking for a way to make the presentation interactive & engaging.
I am questioning whether I need to cite sources throughout the powerpoint, make a slide at the end with a list of sources, or nothing at all. Any pointers?
