education

i am interested in furthering my education as an lpn-- don't want to become an rn-- just don't feel that it is the thing for me at this point in my life-- are there any certification courses in long term care for lpn's?-- have been a nurse for 17+ years and am feeling somewhat stagnant in being a floor nurse-- would like to do some teaching or training for nurses-- any recommendations for certification in this area-- any and all replies are welcomed-- in advance many thanks for your time
