Do you do a review for midterm?

  1. 0 This is my first semester teaching in the classroom and have a midterm in just under 2 weeks. Wondering if you guys do a little review? I am not the one who wrote the midterm or units tests, but from looking at it, it looks like some of the midterm questions came directly from the unit tests.
If you do a review, what type of review do you do?

Go over the major principles, provide a focus for the students, and there is nothing wrong with also mentioning some (not all) questions are from prior tests. All of the preceding allow the students to focus their efforts in the most productive manner for learning as well as doing well on exams.
