Competency

Our facility has focused on high risk, low volume, and problematic areas for 'check off ' lists. However, it seems that most facilities are having 'skills days' and requiring annual or semi-annual testing. I'd like to hear about what others are implementing, how often and the general location of your facility since parts of the country or countries do 'things' in different ways.
