assignment ideas from current clinical educators

I have been following my co-instructor's assignment pattern for clinical students but I believe her paperwork for clinical is lengthy. We have mandatory assignments of daily clinical evals, nursing diagnosis and case study. What else I can add. Can somebody share their ideas or rubrics for additional assignments. Something which will help them on floors and NCLEX both.
