Work-at-Home Nursing Advice

Does anyone know of any new care coordination companies out there that contract with RN's to perform in-home LTC nursing assessments for insurance companies? or any company that contracts or would employ an RN to perform in-home nursing assessments?

I really enjoy going into client's homes and perform these assessments. I like the flexibility as well.

Thanks for your thoughts,
