Work from home???

So I recently had a baby, and am on maternity leave, however it has been a whirlwind of a year. Our house was for sale for a year, and the day I accepted a Designated Charge bid, 6 hours later we got an offer on our house (while I was 8 1/2 months prego!!) Our original plan was to move somewhere in which I could get a sign on bonus and my husband could be a stay at home dad. Well that all changed since we took the offer, and had to move, we have sinced moved back to our home town so he could work with his brother (he hated his job where we were) Where we are is a very rural area, and the small hospitals around the area are not hiring, and which are at least 30 mins commute.

So my question is does anyone know of companies that are hiring at home RN's? I don't know if I can trust some of the websites I have found?? Plus I don't know if it is really an option. I just want to look into it, since we are living here until the spring...

Thanks!!
