    I'm working on my associates in Nursing, but I was wondering if it would be benefical to go on and also get a bachlors in Health Care Managment, or if this would be a waste of my time???? What could I do with this degree, while also being a RN???

    I don't think it would be a waste if you want to move into administration in the future, either in a hospital setting or in the community (long term care, group homes, home health, etc).
