I'm pretty sure there's a thread out there already with questions to ask a potential employer, but I can't find it. Can someone point me there? Or, what are important things to ask during an interview? Thanks

I always ask for either a website or literature that spells EXACTLY what their health insurance and retirement plans that they have, and if it's a pension, if it's protected or not. (Not all pensions are protected, what you want to look for, is if the hospital system goes bankrupt, will you still get paid?)
I have always done this for jobs (non-nursing, but hospitals are still business corporations), and I always let the hiring manager know that this will factor into my decision.
There is NOTHING worse then to take a job and find out that another hospital that you didn't consider had twice the benefits.
