What Should I Know About Home Health as a new LVN Nurse.

The only lic that I have is lvn lic and the BLS lic. I did take a Emt course but did not get certified because I started nursing school that following semester. I am currently studying for the ACLS certification. I do want to feel that I am capable to save my patient's life if an emergency should arise. I am a new graduate nurse never have worked in the medical filed. Does Home Health have a policy/regulations for nurses to follow in case of an emergency after doing all that we can do within our means, besides dialing 911?
