Want to be womens health NP, prior career advice??

I'm a new RN who will be starting my career in a pediatric office. My goal is to become a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. I will start my Masters degree in 2 years and am thinking about either Cincinnati or Georgetown. My question is what kind of career experience is needed to become a womens health NP? Obviously OB/GYN experience would be ideal, but is it required to have some of that experience? Is it good for me to have the pediatric experience?
