UNIQUE RN jobs

Hi,

I am on a discovery treck trying to find out about the unique RN jobs that are available. Although I recognize that all nursing jobs have some unique aspects to them; I am looking for something a little bit more unusual. I am trying to find a nursing career that reaches beyond the traditional borders of nursing. (not talking about travel nursing).

Any suggestions?
