Transitioning into Hospital setting

Hi all,
I have a job working in a Pharma company, and the perks are great.
I finished nursing school, but am waiting to to test for NCLEX.
I really feel compelled to work in the hospital, but I feel I mght get easily burnt out. But the itch is there.
My company will pay for another degree. But I'm not sure whether to pursue my MS in Public Health, Regulatory Affairs maybe NP? or even further onto my PhD one day.
My clinical skills are terrible since I haven't had the CNA practice, so I feel I lack a lot in that department.

Please share your thoughts/experiences.
